Geboten werden hier 13 englischsprachige Songs Hardcore-Punk Songs, die mit einer ordentliche Prise Thrash daherkommen. Fleshhead Attack hauen auf „Brain Parasite“ und rotzen die Tracks in knapp 15 Minuten runter. Lediglich fünf Songs kommen über eine Spielzeit von einer Minute! Es wird also ordentlich aufs Gaspedal gedrückt und nicht viel Zeit für Dinge wie Intro, Breaks oder Ending verblödet. Die Band erinnert dabei ein wenig an Surf Nazi Must Die, was schon fast ein Ritterschlag gleichkommt. Hier und da hört man auch ein wenig Scheisse Minnelli raus.

Im Hauruck-Verfahren zerschreddern FLESHHEAD ATTACK gekünstelte Eitelkeiten und werfen jeglichen Ballast über Bord. Günther giftet, spuckt Galle gegen ArschleckerInnen, RassistInnen und wühlt sich nihilistisch und destruktiv durch den Abschaum der Gesellschaft, die brainless konsumiert und unreflektiert ein gutes Leben übernimmt, ohne selbst zu denken.

A young, German punk outfit with great snotty vocals that remind me of Neo Cons or the Fairfuck, and really good guitar riffs. There’s a thrash moment here and there, but it mostly charges at a bouncy mid-tempo.

FLESHHEAD ATTACK – Hailing from Eisenach, Germany this four-piece sounds like a relict of ten years ago. Fleshhead Attack blast through six wild and frantic hardcore-thrash assaults in the vein of Tear It Up, DS-13 and Vitamin X. The songs are all straight foward and super fast, but at the time they are filled with snotty blasting midtempo parts that recall the classic sound of Reagan Youth or Black Flag. Despite all the speed and power, the recordings offer plenty of catchy choruses and an undercurrent of occasional used melodies. This is really a very promising debut release.
